Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project modifications discovered during construction.

All content on the Rikonay website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design plans, and software, is the exclusive property of Rikonay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission. Custom design plans created for clients remain the property of Rikonay unless specifically transferred through a separate written agreement.

Rikonay's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability for any claim related to construction services shall not exceed the contract value for the specific project. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage but disclaim liability for damages beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, vandalism, or third-party actions.

Rikonay provides a limited warranty on workmanship for completed projects as specified in individual service agreements. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, weather-related damage, or modifications made by others. All materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. Services are provided "as is" without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws where Rikonay operates.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are required to secure project scheduling, with progress payments due at specified milestones. Cancellation policies vary by project scope and timing. Clients may be responsible for costs incurred up to the cancellation date, including materials ordered and labor performed.

Rikonay respects user privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We collect only necessary information to provide services and do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
